Larry Heard aka Mr. Fingers è la chiave di volta di un genere. Con questo 12" del 1986 cambia in un certo senso la storia dell'house e da il via a tutto ciò che dopo sarà definito come deep house. Il disco è accompagnato da una voce narrante che riassume come meglio non si potrebbe la nascita, l'essenza e la filosofia della musica house: un suono dal linguaggio universale che può essere parlata e compresa da tutti. La forza del discorso è trascinante, come un mantra che avvolge l’ascoltatore in un crescendo ritmico favorito da un’ atmosfera sospesa che assume carattere solenne e nello stesso tempo malinconico.
