Se avete apprezzato il gruppo "A Mountain Of One", di cui abbiamo parlato poco tempo fa e di cui sentiremo parlare a lungo, non potete perdervi questi due album che vi consigliamo vivamente. Seppur di estrazione diversa, fondono elementi di psichedelica, prog e kraut, chi in versione più folk e strumentale come VOICE OF THE SEVEN WOODS, chi come THE STUDIO strizzando un’occhio al postpunk e fissando, con l’altro, il disco/funk sperimentale.
Non spaventatevi perché entrambi spaccano!!

The Studio sono una coppia di produttori svedesi che negli ultimi mesi hanno concluso collaborazioni importanti mettendo mano a pezzi di Shout Out Louds, Rubies, Love Is All e A Mountain Of One.
Dopo una serie di 12” poi racchiusi nel cd album Yearbook 1, ecco finalmente uscito l’album West Coast, 6 pezzi per 50 minuti di bassi ipnotici, ritmiche afrobeat magistralmente arrangiate ad un cantato che lascia pochi dubbi: Robert Smith !
